The successful candidate will be personable, sociable and hardworking. They will have strong communication skills and networking/relationship building experience. They will work well both on their own and as part of a team. Although experience within a Private Members Club would be beneficial, it is not essential.

Role will include:

  • Handling new membership enquiries
  • Being a key part of the membership selection process during a monthly committee meetings  
  • Being the club connector
  • Managing all communications and administration in relation to new and existing members
  • Organising & planning the logistics of a variety of events ranging from networking to wine tastings to club parties for the members.
  • Attending networking at key entrepreneurial events to promote the venue and club.
  • Producing membership and marketing material including fortnightly newsletters and managing the club's social media.  
  • Build relationships with existing partners and new organisations.
  • Using your own initiative to maintain and improve the quality of members.
