We’re searching for a talented and intelligent individual to fill a newly created role within our rapidly growing Strategy team.  

The remit of the role will be to embed strong numerical and analytical skills in the strategy work we do for our clients.  The role will suit someone who loves all things digital, and who thrives in a fast-growing, pioneering and creative business.   

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the power of analytical insights to make businesses truly customer-centric and prove the power of creative, well-executed digital content strategies.

The role will report directly into our Chief Strategy Officer, with scope to take on wider responsibilities in the Planning and Innovation teams over time. 


 Key responsibilities:

  • Mapping customer journeys across owned, earned and paid media and identifying opportunities for digital content
  • Providing high quality, accurate, clearly communicated, timely ROI modelling (working alongside client teams)
  • Owning the delivery of Strategy projects and working with creative, editorial and tech teams to deliver multi-disciplinary work on budget and on time
  • Identifying industry and business opportunities to feed into creative briefs across a wide variety of organisations and industries
  • Analysing live campaigns to demonstrate their effectiveness and suggest possible iterations to improve performance
  • Proactively suggesting new client offerings
  • Creating analysis of the costs and benefits of new products
  • Preparing presentations and reports to communicate analysis insightfully
  • Preparing and delivering new business pitches


We're looking for someone:

  • Numerate (management consulting-style excel modelling skills required)
  • Confident in client-facing situations
  • Skilful at communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way (in print, powerpoint and in person)
  • Strong understanding of business value drivers and industry and company level analysis techniques
  • Ability to innovate, think laterally and highlight new areas of business risk and opportunity
  • Comfortable working with limited guidance, and tackling multiple assignments simultaneously 
  • Enthusiastic about working as part of a great team, leading and supporting as appropriate
  • Demonstrable interest in new product development


We expect the successful candidate to be a trained management consultant or similar, with the equivalent of 2 - 4 years' experience.  A passion for digital is essential, but deep expertise in the world of marketing is not.
