Salary: 25-30k OTE plus Airbnb accommodation credits
Working in a dynamic and passionate team, our Account Executive's primary function is to ensure all our listings are perfect! You will work with our existing hosts, improving, polishing and perfecting their listings on the Airbnb site. Your impeccable attention to detail will be reflected in beautiful, enticing listings. You will be the first point of contact to new and existing hosts, helping them through the registration process and building strong communicative relationships with them. You will be the most important link between Airbnb and our hosts, and your energy and passion about the service will be a crucial role in generating hype and excitement in the UK market.
- Contact existing hosts with incomplete listings and work with them to create the perfect listing
- Identify ways to turn a good listing into an irresistible offering
- Educate hosts on the many features of the site to enable them to take full advantage of our marketplace
- Answer objections, provide solutions to problems, reassure and help generate a trustedcommunity
- Get hosts excited about Airbnb and encourage them to share the hype
- Work to deadlines and targets
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a strong advantage
- English speaking to a native standard is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly yet concise telephone manner
- Strong customer care focus
- IT competent
- Passionate about the Airbnb concept and loving the brand
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up environment
- Highly motivated and great attitude to life!
