We specialise in finding multilingual information in emerging markets, making business research in Buenos Aires as easy as in Birmingham. We're angel funded and have fast-growing revenues. Our customers are some of the most prestigious and demanding multinationals in the world.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting salesperson to join our sales team to help drive new business.

The difference between this job and a corporate one is that everything you do makes a difference to the success of the company. You'll be joining a small team of professionals who have already escaped the city because they wanted a more fulfilling business development role.

The job will require you to adapt, learn, think on your feet and ultimately provide tangible growth to a young company with big ambitions. You'll work closely with the head of sales, product team and marketing function to source leads, give product demos, and field customer questions. 

The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years' experience in a B2B sales role, but experience in any area that requires strong rapport-building and determination is valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision makers in target organisations and work out how to effectively engage with them
  • Take leads and turn them into happy customers
  • Give product demos, communicate benefits and train early-stage customers
  • Close line-of-business deals and assist founders and senior team members in closing high-value deals

Requirements and skills

  • Proven success in a sales environment such as sales, telemarketing or recruitment
  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and calm and confident under pressure
  • Experience building relationships and networks
  • Excellent written communication skills and in-person presentation skills
