ARK is an international children’s charity with an outstanding opportunity on offer. We’re looking for a skilled Executive PA to manage our Chief Executive’s office.

You will provide consistently high quality support, ensuring our Chief Executive is able to operate in an efficient manner, making best use of her time. As an ambassador of the CEO, you will use your judgement to make informed decisions based on her needs and preferences, and will be at the heart of the administration and management of her activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Outstanding communication skills - written and oral
  • Sound judgement, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain relationships with high profile individuals
  • Strong administration skills, with experience of complex diary management and production of high quality correspondence, reports and presentations.
