ARK is an international children’s charity with an outstanding opportunity on offer. We’re looking for a skilled Executive PA to manage our Chief Executive’s office.

We take pride in our exciting entrepreneurial organisation whose purpose is to transform the lives of children across the globe, with a particular focus on health, education and child protection.

This role will offer constant challenge and every day is likely to bring something different.  If you can offer us relevant experience, tip top skills, and most of all a positive, confident approach to building working relationships at all levels; this could be the job for you.

You will provide consistently high quality support, ensuring our Chief Executive is able to operate in an efficient manner, making best use of her time. As an ambassador of the CEO, you will use your judgement to make informed decisions based on her needs and preferences, and will be at the heart of the administration and management of her activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Outstanding communication skills - written and oral
  • Sound judgement, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain relationships with high profile individuals
  • Strong administration skills, with experience of complex diary management and production of high quality correspondence, reports and presentations.

If this sounds like you, apply now for the chance to join a thriving organisation at a key point in its development.
