ARK Schools is a fast growing and successful education charity seeking to establish an outstanding network of inner city academies in London, Birmingham and Portsmouth. With 18 academies open and an aim to have 50 schools open by 2015, this is a unique opportunity to join a thriving organisation.

The Information Analyst/Admissions Coordinator will lead on the effective analysis, development, monitoring and management of core operational reporting data. They will be expected to produce regular performance reports, support report-generating systems and be responsible for the on-going management and refinement of the ARK Schools KPI set.

In addition, this role will support the network in the processing of student applications, including maintaining admissions databases and responding to all related correspondence.

The ideal candidate will:

·         be flexible, organised and hardworking

·         have experience handling/interpreting complex information and data

·         have well-developed skills in Microsoft Excel and/or similar data analysis tools

·         have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work

·         demonstrate commitment to ARK’s core values of high expectations and no excuses.
