ARK Schools is a fast growing and successful education charity seeking to establish an outstanding network of inner city academies in London, Birmingham, Portsmouth and Hastings. We believe that our schools greatest strength are the staff within them so we have launched our own teacher training programme to train outstanding graduates and career changers to become teachers in our schools.

As we move from the pilot phase to further developing our new teacher training programme, e-learning will be at the centre of our work. We are seeking to appoint an E-Learning Coordinator who will play a key role in the development of the programme by being responsible for gathering footage of best practice in the classroom and supporting the production of e-learning modules.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of video editing and production
  • Be a self-starter with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to do whatever it takes
  • Be  able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Share ARK’s core values of high expectations and no excuses
