ARK Schools is a fast growing and successful education charity seeking to establish an outstanding network of inner city academies in London, Birmingham, Portsmouth and Hastings. We believe that our schools greatest strength are the staff within them so we have launched our own teacher training programme to train outstanding graduates and career changers to become teachers in our schools.

We are seeking to appoint an Events and Outreach Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of all larger scale events for the ARK Teacher Training programme such as the participant graduation and summer school. You will also be responsible for the development and execution of our university recruitment strategy and building strong partnerships with universities to encourage a high volume of applicants for the programme.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of events coordination and/or on campus recruitment
  • Be a self-starter with a flexible approach to work and willingness to do whatever it takes You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Share ARK’s core values of high expectations and no excuses.
