We are BEAR. We’re an ambitious young company determined to take a big bite out of bad snacking habits. We’re here to make leading a healthy lifestyle a little bit easier and a whole lot tastier. Grrr.

We are looking for a ‘Cave Angel’ to be in charge of keeping The Cave running smoothly. This is a wide role, so you’ll get stuck into different bits of the business, bringing both organisation and lots of fun to both the BEAR brand and Bear’s sister-brand, Urban Fruit. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

- Ensuring the smooth running of our busy office on a day to day basis making it a great place to work

- Weekly ordering of office supplies including stationery, food supplies and sampling stock to keep The Cave wheels turning

- Co-ordination of all sample and point of sale send \outs to clients and influencers (you’ll need to be happy packing up boxes and envelopes and coordinating couriers in this part of the role)

- Dealing with incoming correspondence and customer enquiries each day, ensuring we get back to our consumers within our 24 hour target deadline (working closely with our Consumer Champ)

- Manage the ordering, stock levels and distribution of all Bear & Urban Fruit merchandise

- Support the Events Manager  organising events and exhibitions and in-store samplings

- Organising company meets, new employee inductions and staff travel plans for the team

- Providing support to the marketing team and other teams as requested

- Working on ad hoc projects as requested – they can be very varied so you’ll need an open mind!


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

So what do you need to demonstrate?

- That you’re an organization freak with the ability to juggle a 101 things at once!

- You’ve got the energy and yearning to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

- You are creative - whether it be a logistical problem that needs a fix or working on a new project you need to have creative flair and the ability to think outside the box

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

- Strong computer and numeracy skills

- An open minded approach to your role, always looking at ways to improve how things are done and raising the bar

- A flexible, can do, friendly attitude with the willingness to learn
