The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the senior management team and be a first point of contact with clients and networks by telephone and email. Strong IT, interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate at all levels and excellent written and verbal English communication skills are critical. 

The candidate must be a good team player and have the ability to deliver consistently high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and follow-through. The post holder should be willing to undertake ad hoc duties as and when required by the business or line manager and have good time management skills. This job will require an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated individual with a strong sense of empathy with social enterprises who is capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision.

An understanding of the needs and priorities of community and social enterprises and experience of the financial needs of small businesses is desirable
