BlaBlaCar is hiring a bilingual French/German Traffic Manager. The successful candidate will join the International Marketing Team. Location will be in Hamburg or Paris according to candidate profile. 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing Search Campaigns for French and German BlaBlaCar websites 
  • Creating and Optimize ads for Adwords, Bing, Adsense
  • Helping other team members in local countries optimising their search campaign
  • Giving regular updates to marketing team
  • Following acquisition volumes & costs objectives for the company
  • Improve SEO through content creation, back-linking and indexation
  • Analyse Competition's SEM / SEO methods
  • Maintain a constant watch on competition and best practices
  • Be in contact with technical team for all SEO matters.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge on SEM (2 years experience a significant plus)
  • Bilingual German/French + good English required
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • Creative, proactive, taking initiative
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Autonomous, rigorous and organised
  • International work or study experience a significant plus
