Do you have the tact of a diplomat with the belligerence of a barrister?  Can you impart wisdom and promote insight by skilfully posing questions?

Are you able to inspire others to make changes they never thought were possible?  Still reading?

We’re looking for someone to join our team who has the courage to live by their values, who is passionate about being the best they can be and isn’t afraid to do things differently.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for the outdoors who will relish the challenging, varied role of Programme Facilitator.  We engage with a wide range of organisations; our aim is to inspire performance by developing their teams and leaders through a blend of relevant theory and models, practical exercises and business simulations.

We can promise you hard work and fun, rewards that can be measured in more than purely financial returns, and a team that genuinely seeks to practice what it preaches – even when it’s difficult.

If you’re still reading and you think you would like to be part of our journey then get in touch.

We live by our values:

  • Naked  Being open and honest to oneself and others in all aspects
  • Restless  Always seeking to do what we do better and open to feedback

Our vision

“To be the best Corporate Leadership and Team Development Centre in the Country”

You and Your role

With energy and enthusiasm you will anticipate customers needs and place them at the centre of your own thinking and actions. Being part of the Bramley Lakes team we practice what we preach and follow the Lencioni Model.

As one of our Programme Facilitators you will demonstrate all the requisite skills – listening, challenging, being proactive, accepting decisions, innovation with solutions and be outcome oriented. Skilled at defining, asking key questions that promote understanding and help customers discover their needs.

Building trust with clients about status, issues and recommendations that address their objectives and ensuring expectations are set and met is critical  as is the ability to adapt your communication and engage with different audiences.

Your Personal Behaviours

  • Live the values in all that we do
  • Be persistent, disciplined, tenacious, focused and fun / lively
  • Demonstrate activity through your actions
  • Seek clarification when required
  • Proactive, don’t wait to make a suggestion, present an idea
  • Present solutions not problems
  • Understand your impact on others
  • Demonstrate a sense of passion and commitment for your role and the business

Your Key Responsibilities

You will ‘Model the way’ as Programme facilitator, be comfortable with building great relationships and demonstrate these responsibilities and behaviours so you are able to deliver great outcomes to our variation of customers.

  • Event Management (full event management responsibility for centre events)
  • Solution delivery (preparation, delivery and follow up)
  • Programme Design (writing programmes, advice on staffing, client liaison)
  • Client engagement (talking to and keeping in touch with clients)
  • Insight (sharing your perspective with the client)
  • Post event write ups (typing notes, posting, filing)
  • Enquiry management (emails, Goldvision database)
  • Consultative selling (engaging, positioning and winning business)
  • Exploring new approaches (investigating new models and methods)
