You and Your role

With energy and enthusiasm you will anticipate customers needs and place them at the centre of your own thinking and actions. Being part of the Bramley Lakes team we practice what we preach and follow the Lencioni Model.

As one of our Programme Facilitators you will demonstrate all the requisite skills – listening, challenging, being proactive, accepting decisions, innovation with solutions and be outcome oriented. Skilled at defining, asking key questions that promote understanding and help customers discover their needs.

Building trust with clients about status, issues and recommendations that address their objectives and ensuring expectations are set and met is critical  as is the ability to adapt your communication and engage with different audiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will ‘Model the way’ as Programme facilitator, be comfortable with building great relationships and demonstrate these responsibilities and behaviours so you are able to deliver great outcomes to our variation of customers.

  • Event Management (full event management responsibility for centre events)
  • Solution delivery (preparation, delivery and follow up)
  • Programme Design (writing programmes, advice on staffing, client liaison)
  • Client engagement (talking to and keeping in touch with clients)
  • Insight (sharing your perspective with the client)
  • Post event write ups (typing notes, posting, filing)
  • Enquiry management (emails, Goldvision database)
  • Consultative selling (engaging, positioning and winning business)
  • Exploring new approaches (investigating new models and methods)
