CADADESIGNGROUP is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy specialising in interior and graphic design, creative intelligence, marketing communications and visual identity programmes.

An opportunity has arisen to work as a Personal Assistant providing right hand support to one of the founding Directors, occasionally organising aspects of his personal business and providing support to the design team.  Currently working on a range of high-end projects across the world, CADADESIGNGROUP continues to grow from strength to strength.  With this in mind, the role will suit confident, creative and commercially aware candidates.

The role is varied and busy, involving extensive project support, client liaison, diary management, thorough ability to manage project administration, full and detailed travel and itinerary coordination as well as taking and transcribing minutes/notes of meetings.  The role is demanding but rewarding - the ideal candidate will have a typing speed of 60 WPM.  All applicants must have a proven Personal Assistant background, be organised, proactive and committed with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.  A high level of competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, and a working knowledge of Creative Suite 5 would be desirable.
