You will be a member of a small, high performing Sales team responsible for meeting Catchafire’s revenue and social mission goals. You will serve our nonprofit and social enterprise customers to deliver our Membership package.

Your responsibilities and our expectations:

• Support the sales team
• Main responsibilities include data entry and mining using CRM system
• Responsible for lead generation including organization research with the potential to attend industry events
• Lead the development of a strategy for lead generation
• Test different messaging strategies to determine what resonates with social good organizations, in coordination with the Sales team
• Ensure that business growth is in alignment with Catchafire's social mission and vision
• Support and strengthen organizational culture, values and reputation
• Participate with the Sales team to make key sales process and pitch decisions
• Directly report to the Sales team

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• A strong interest in sales
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills
• Motivation to learn about sales, marketing or business development
• Exceptional ability to execute on ideas
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment and thrive under pressure
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Enthusiasm to chip in and do anything that helps the team. Nothing is beneath you
• Energetic and outgoing attitude. Enjoy networking and forging new relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Hours negotiable - 10 to 20 hours a week
