At Channel 4, we've always liked doing things a bit differently. Creativity and innovation have got us where we are after all. We like to recognise and nurture potential, whatever that person's background, age and qualifications. It's about passion. Your passion and determination to explore what you could achieve - and build your future in this exciting and fast-evolving industry.
You might be a researcher or an assistant producer, with a couple of years’ experience in television, or you might be a junior producer who’s just getting into production. You might have worked in anything from consumer features to current affairs.

With no media background you must have 3 to 4 years of work life behind you.
That’s fine with us, as long as you’ve got a great track record in the business, and as long as you’re ready to move into television.
We don’t care about your culture, your religion, or your nationality after all, we want our team to be like our audience – full of different attitudes, ideas and opinions. We just want you to have a burning desire to make extraordinary journalism.
