You will be responsible for: 
  • Providing support to local staff in devising and implementing community development projects.
  • Actively participating in training sessions held for local staff and volunteers. 
  • Monitoring and delivering in-kind donations (school and sports equipment) to League teams.
  • Helping to manage our existing partnerships with NGOs and communities and to develop new ones. 
  • Assisting in the development and sourcing of branded materials for the League.
  • Helping to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the League.
  • Leading the development of the Foundation's community reinvestment. programme that aims to build linkages between communities in the regions where the League operates.
  • Contributing to the Foundation's strategic planning and fundraising activities.
Required experience:
  • A degree, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant subject or field. 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Some experience of working in a youth leadership, community development or teaching role.
  • Some experience of working or volunteering in a developing country.
