We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – someone to work with the Head of Client Relations and her team to grow Decoded’s business in the UK. The ideal candidate does not need to be code-literate (yet!), but must have a passion for and understanding of digital and code.

The primary objective of the Senior Account Manager will be to grow our business through excellent client relationship building skills, working as a strong player within the growing team.

As our testimonials show, Decoded has built an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, high quality training, that has a transformative effect on each client’s business.

The key roles of the Senior Account Manager will be to:

  • Strengthen and build long term UK (initially) relationships between Decoded and our clients, strengthening our reputation across their businesses and building multiple relationships throughout each organisation.
  • Understand each client’s business and write proposals and packages to meet their needs.
  • Make a genuine difference to a client’s business by ensuring that their entire management is code literate, and have teams that can communicate effectively and creatively with developers, allowing them to brief and deliver, better, faster and more innovative projects.
  • Ensure an excellent level of client service is delivered at all times – with prospects and clients alike.
  • Develop and grow the UK business.
