Working with some of the leading comparison sites and financial brands in the UK, e-finity Leads has grown rapidly since launching last year and we’re looking to expand our team and product offering. We are looking for a business development exec to work directly with the two founders of the business to help drive growth in the following areas: client recruitment, account management and new product development. This is a challenging role and a keen interest in internet startups, online marketing and financial advertising is essential. Open to both graduates and non-graduates, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate great salesmanship, excellent networking ability, and a good standard of written communication. As our first hire, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter; this isn’t a graduate scheme or a training course and the answers to problems that arise day to day won’t always be obvious. We want you to challenge, bring a fresh approach and more than anything be successful. As part of that deal, we’ll support you with as much training and development as you need. The successful candidate will be joining a start-up company with huge ambition and you will help shape the company in all that we do and achieveRequirements: This role is suitable for a graduates and non-graduates. Applications from candidates with 1-2 years experience working in a sales, business development or relationship management role are welcomed. We will also consider applications from 2013 graduates if they can support their application with relevant experience  After an initial application, candidates will be asked to prove suitability for the role through a round of presentations and face-to-face interviews.
