e-finity Leads is a rapidly growing direct marketing agency specialising in online acquisition for large financial services providers and intermediaries.

We’re looking for an online marketing executive to work as part of the sales and marketing team, the role will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising online marketing campaigns that drive our business forward.

This will be a challenging role and a keen interest in internet start-ups, online marketing and financial advertising is essential. Open to both graduates and non-graduates, the successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, able to work independently and/or as part of a team and will be readily motivated by working in a target driven environment.

We work as a tight knit commercial team and the successful candidate will be given responsibilities from day one, which will directly impact the performance of our company.  If you want to be challenged, like to excel in what you do and want to be part of a fast growing and dynamic start up, we’d like to hear from you.


Core Responsibilities:

Reporting to the managing director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across a number of product verticals and websites.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Creating, managing and optimising display campaigns
  • Creating, managing and optimising retargeting campaigns
  • Creating, managing and optimising email marketing campaigns
  • Creating sales and web copy including advertising creative(s)
  • Managing conversion optimisation strategy and implementation
  • Delivering commercial objectives including cost per lead and sales targets
  • Daily, weekly and monthly analytical reporting
  • Daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting


Experience:

This role is suitable for both graduates and non-graduates. The candidate will preferably have direct experience in online marketing with the ideal candidate being able to show experience in a similar or relevant role.  

Candidates with less experience may be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional analytical, numerical, commercial and strategic prowess.

Ideally the candidate should be able to demonstrate direct experience in the following areas:

  • Managing and optimising PPC marketing campaigns
  • Using web analytics to generate insights and optimisation
  • Generating professional written reports
  • Delivering performance, insights and strategy
  • Working to targets and understanding commercial objectives
