We're all told to be bankers, accountants, lawyers or consultants, and which big firms we should be aspiring to work for. But never are we asked what's right for us as individuals. 

We are solving a big problem, one that matters to nearly every ambitious person who cares what their memoirs will say one day, and what lessons they will pass on to their children. We are giving people visibility of the opportunities, organisations, people and resources that they never knew existed. Life is too short to do work that doesn't matter to you. 

We’ve grown our membership to over 90,000 members worldwide and listed opportunities for over 2000 organisations in the past 2 years. We've helped thousands of people find work they actually love, start businesses and go on life changing adventures.

We turned down investment from one of world's top VC firms because we wanted to build an independent business and stick to our ethos of 'do something different'. In only 10 days we crowd-funded £600,000 investment from our wonderful members. We have been interviewed on TV and radio, and featured in The Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, FT, Wired, Forbes, Fast Company, BusinessWeek, CNN, Bloomberg, the Huffington Post, and many more publications.

Esc HQ is a fun and relaxed place to work. We're a small team with shared ambitions to build something remarkable. We’re a friendly bunch with a range of different backgrounds, an international vibe and an entrepreneurial spirit.
