The Eventbrite marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in France, based out of our European subsidiary office in London. The ideal candidate will live and breathe online marketing and manage multi-channel programs focused on user acquisition and retention. We’re a dynamic, fast growing company and looking for someone to accelerate this growth internationally!

  • This is an incredible opportunity to OWN and LEAD the marketing strategy and tactical execution to drive user acquisition and retention across all marketing channels, focusing on the French market.
  • As a part of a small European marketing team, you will report into the Head of Marketing for Europe (also based in London) and work closely with US channel marketing managers to implement localised campaigns supporting overall business objectives
  • Having formulated a strategy for event organisers acquisition, you will analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and report on success metrics to cross-functional partners and the executive team
  • Effectively communicate brand and product positioning to French audiences
  • Write copy and effectively communicate brand and product positioning to French audiences
  • Partner with international product manager and advise on product road map to support marketing efforts in France
  • Assist in business planning and forecasting and take full ownership of performance against plan
  • Potential to help build out our global marketing team as Eventbrite continues to expand internationally
 Requirements and Skills:
  • 5+ years experience, preferably as a marketer for French brands or international brands deploying in France
  • Experience with consumer web services
  • Ideally looking for someone who solely owned launching and growing an existing product in a new country or market
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy
  • Bachelors degree business or related field, MBA would be a plus
  • Proven experience owning marketing campaigns and efforts from start to finish
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English, and organizational skills
  • Presentation skills and experience as a company's spokesperson would be a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Absolute fluency in French, good level of working English. Another European language would be a plus
  • Based in London but available to occasionally travel to France and to the USA.
