Be able to drive a 4x4 truck, stick shift, on a dirt road  -the job should not feel like a job to you, but is rather something you love doing; -be a good swimmer. Preferably a life guard or at least be comfortable and capable in the ocean with young children; - you have to be easy going, flexible and ready for adventure!

We offer: -room and board + some pocket money -6-day-work week with a flexible day off; - work days are usually from around 7am until 5pm. They can change depending on our work schedule; -a warm but sometimes hectic family environment in which we try to plan a lot of quality family time and ofcourse we'll include you in it as much as we can; -a lot of beach time since our son loves to play in the water!

About us and our situation in Nicaragua: We have been running a small boutique hotel at playa Maderas, San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua for the last 7 years (www.buenavistasurfclub.com). This keeps us both pretty busy, sometimes even at odd times of the day (it's not a 9-to-5 job). The hotel overlooks the Southern Pacific beach of Nicaragua. We are a five-minute-stroll away from it. We ourselves live next to the hotel. Jack, our oldest will be going to school in the morning soon for 2 to 5 days a week (number of days still tbd). The youngest one is due in April, so we can't tell you much about him yet!

Job starts: Between now and end of March or after the beginning of May, tbd.
