The solution? Farolito’s unique skills- and psychometric testing product screens individuals for professional skills, and the ability to learn a particular job quickly. Once a recommendation has been hired, we provide career-coaching services to assist our candidate through the onboarding process – a crucial service for people who have had little contact with the formal labor market. Farolito launched in May, 2012 and counts Harvard Professors, Private Equity Investors, and high-level businessmen in Latin American among our advisory board.
