This is an exciting new venture that aims to improve the image of one of Britain’s toughest jobs and recruit excellent participants to be leaders in social work. For Frontline to be a success we need extraordinary individuals to join our team.

We are now seeking a Communications Officer to support the development and delivery of an integrated communications strategy which positions Frontline as a pioneering, distinctive and high-impact programme. They will assist with the planning and production of high-quality marketing materials, contribute to the design and maintenance of the website, maximise engagement through social media, support the coordination of an online application portal and write a variety of communications materials to Frontline’s stakeholders.


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of a communications/marketing/media/press role
  • Experience of sustaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • A good understanding of broadcast, print and online media
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
  • A commitment to Frontline’s mission and vision of transforming the lives of children
