We aim to attract, recruit and develop outstanding individuals to be leaders in children’s social work and broader society. Through our innovative programme, high potential graduates and career switchers will be given excellent academic and on-the-job experience to develop them into exceptional social workers and ultimately transform the lives of vulnerable children.


We are now seeking a Team Assistant to play a vital role in supporting the organisation by ensuring the smooth running of systems, events and activities to support the work that we do. This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up charity, and this position offers the chance to build and utilise a wide range of skills. The successful candidate will be a flexible, committed self-starter with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, and a real interest in and commitment to our work.

Our ideal candidate will have:

·         experience of administrative support work

·         experience of diary management (desirable)

·         excellent organisational skills

·         outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

·         a commitment to Frontline’s mission and vision of transforming the lives of children

In this role, you will:

·         work with committed and enthusiastic colleagues
