For Frontline to be a success we need an extraordinary team to lead it.


We are now seeking Programme Officers to join Frontline and play a vital role in establishing it as a pioneering, distinctive and high impact programme for frontline children’s social work. The Programme Officers will design and support the learning programme and on-the-job experience for Frontline participants, ensuring high quality experiences and outcomes for all stakeholders.



The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in project management
  • Have experience presenting to large and diverse groups
  • Have significant stakeholder management skills
  •  Be committed to Frontline’s mission and vision of transforming the lives of children
