We’re looking for an ace Product Manager to join us. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the evolution of Higher Education.
The role will report to the Head of Product and join a growing multidisciplinary product team including Product Managers, Developers, Designers and Learning Technologists.
About the role
The Product Manager’s responsibilities:
Helping to influence the broader product vision by engaging with FutureLearn stakeholders, partners, educators and learners
Develop and share insights and learning from competitor analysis, user research and quantitative and qualitative data about learners behaviour
Identify and implement commercial opportunities around the core FutureLearn offering
Help ensure that FutureLearn provides the most effective online education
Work with the business & Head of Product to bring the product vision to life through delivery
Fulfil the role of product owner on specific projects
Be responsible for prioritising stories, projects and product features that meet agreed goals
Identify and scope appropriate analysis activities on a project by forming an appropriate project team
Define project process & communication for sharing progress between project teams and more widely to the company
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of:
Working on digital services in a product management capacity
Developing high-volume business-to-consumer web products and/or educational services
Devising and implementing revenue-generating products and features
Day-to-day, hands-on product ownership of project teams
Producing mid and long-term product roadmaps
Working collaboratively with cross-functional agile teams (eg Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
Storytelling and communicating ideas, numbers and vision
