We’re a growing (15 person) startup based in Shoreditch, East London. Geckoboard makes it easy for businesses to focus on what matters by visualising their key metrics on elegant, real-time dashboards. We have thousands of customers who love us ranging from worldwide brands to brand new startups.

Getting the culture right in a startup is very important. We’re constantly improving how the company is run to ensure it has the most encouraging, supportive and efficient environment possible.


About the role

We see obsessive customer service as a core part of our business, not an added extra; customer happiness is essential to our success and will never be compromised.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working through technical challenges through to resolution


About you

  • Relentless problem solver

  • Technical - know the difference between HTML and CSS
  • Native/fluent English speaker

You’ll thrive on actively finding ways to make our customers lives better by crafting better documentation, chatting with customers on Twitter, live chat or our support system (Zendesk). You’ll go out of your way to make their experience so positive they’ll rave about you!

You don’t need to be a coder but you will be giving technical support. We’re happy to train you on the finer points if you’re willing to learn but knowing what HTML and CSS are would be a huge advantage.
