Targeted at startups who need to generate more traffic to their site, as well as those that are not converting traffic into leads or sales, attendees will learn how to create a cohesive online presence and social media strategy.
We will cover the basics of how Google works before creating a checklist of SEO essentials to get Google to love your site. Students will also look at ways to understand content, keywords and the importance of both in SEO; how to make your website appear relevant to Google; optimal SEO friendly site structures; practical tips on how to push your site up the Search Engine Results; and an insight into converting website traffic into leads and sales.
Pre-Requisites: No previous knowledge of SEO is necessary. Students should come along with an idea of their target market to work on during the class.
Preparation: Students need to bring their laptops. If you have a website to work on, ensure you have Google Analystics or a similar analytics programme installed.
