Monday, March 11th from 7:00 - 8:30 pm
James Willock, GA's Web Development Immersive Instructor
What's web development all about? Ever wonder what you can build with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API's, Ruby, and Ruby on Rails? We're going to define these programming languages, frameworks, tools, and show examples of each in action. We'll also discuss resources available to get started as a web developer.
This class provides an overview and examples of:
- Developers tool set, what you need to get started.
- HTML and CSS
- JavaScript and API's
- Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Resources to help you learn how to code.
- Projects built by GA's Web Development Immersive students.
No prerequisites required. This class will be especially helpful for students considering enrolling in the Web Development Immersive course this Spring.
