This class is targeted at entrepreneurs seeking to enter into agreements with US customers, emerging companies seeking to establish a presence in the US, and executives and lawyers who are unfamiliar with US IP & technology law.

Daniel Glazer is co-head of Fried Frank’s Technology Transactions practice and divides his time equally between the Firm’s Manhattan and East London offices. His practice focuses on handling IP & technology transactions for some of the world's largest companies and helping UK-based emerging companies expand to the US.
Dan has worked closely with UK-based governmental agencies on trade missions to New York City, and he regularly conducts workshops and produces training guides to assist UK-based companies enter the US market. He is on the steering committee for and will be presenting at Digital Shoreditch 2013.
