Intro to the London Startup Scene

Looking to break into London's burgeoning tech scene but not sure where to start? Can't figure out what to read, who to see or what events to attend? This free breakfast-time class is an orientation to help newcomers to the startup scene get better acquainted with the exciting world of tech in London. We will give you the inside scoop on key events/meetups to attend, people, companies, VCs, blogs, incubators, programs, hot issues, and more. Learn the role of key players such as Tech City, White Bear Yard, Campus, Escape the City, Seedcamp, Tech Hub, UCL, and Spotify and bond with fellow newcombers at the free morning event with GA!
Here's what's going down:
Courtney Boyd Myers is the founder of Audience.io, a transatlantic company designed to help New York and London-based technology start-ups grow internationally. Prior to becoming a full-fledged entrepreneur, she oversaw General Assembly's marketing and business development efforts in Europe. A Brooklyner at heart, Courtney was also the East Coast Editor of The Next Web, a global technology media company. In her role at The Next Web, Courtney wrote about startups, technology companies and innovation in media.
