We’re looking for an assertive, capable, and ambitious professional to join our growing team. We work on boundary pushing projects with some of the world's most ambitious thinkers and exciting doers; and we need help!

You’re organized. Waaaaaaaaay organized. You can stare down a hyperactive inbox with a steely glare, can wrangle and manage vendors, utilities, logistics, and surprises without breaking a sweat, and are a high priest/priestess of GMail and GCal. You thrive in a fast paced environment, have no problem jumping into an unknown situation to help, and above all, are a proactive thinker, solving problems before they can even be considered as such. We are a capable team of self-organized and highly-effective individuals. We are looking for an enabler- someone who can help be the glue in our dynamic company, and have some fun along the way.

The primary responsibilities will be serving as Daniel’s, our (mostly) fearless CEO’s, personal assistant, and all around project manager- making sure the trains run on time and that everyone is having fun. We’re a fast growing company and this position can definitively  be a fast growing one for the right applicant, particularly as you’ll be intimately involved across our company’s work, but the core of it is very much personal assistant work, and we'd like to find the best personal assistant out there- for the right person, this job will be a blast.

A typical day in our London office will involve scheduling internal company meetings, coordinating with vendors and clients across projects, and sorting through external meetings and travel for Daniel with a wide range of people, both in London and abroad. From there you’ll have the opportunity to implement and monitor processes to help the company run smoothly, and following a stroll around our West End neighborhood, the afternoon will likely include making sure visitors to the office are comfortable, planning a retreat, and doing some in depth research (from conferences to travel plans, UX advances to who knows what!).

Daniel started this business to help clients with big ideas change the world, AND to have a work life balance. We all work hard and often long hours on rewarding projects, but also place a premium on pursuing our passions and chill time outside of work. We hire people for who they are inside and outside of the office, and would look to support and applaud any passion projects you’re pursuing. Company culture includes field trips to art fairs, team dinners at great restaurants, a causal and fun work environment, and being behind the scenes on well-known and impactful initiatives.

Must Haves:
-Diverse work experience, both geographically and sector-wise (we’re looking for a Global Native to join our tribe)
-Track record of success, of making a lot out of a little
-Proven reliability
-Native level understanding of the internet 
-Impressive writing and proof reading skills
-Right to work in the UK

Nice to Haves:
-Prior PA, scheduling, project management, and/or admin experience

-Ability to open a wine bottle without a corkscrew (we’ve always found that to be impressive)
