ABOUT
We are looking for people who can help us build and deliver an exceptional support experience for our customers. You will work directly with the founders to come up with & implement solutions to tough operational & strategic problems; you will have impact across the business and see your role grow as the company does.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL BE:
Delivering front-line support. Designing & managing processes to optimise the support we deliver. Working with the dev team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product decisions.  Proactively finding ways to help our users 

REQUIREMENTS: 
Super smart, self-starting, ambitious & hard-working.  Serial achiever with a proven ability of getting things done.  Strong communication skills, both written & spoken

BONUS POINTS FOR: 
Proficiency in web programming languages.  Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience.  We have roles for junior and more experienced candidates - salary is dependent on experience & ability. Stock options will form part of the compensation package.
