About The Role 

GoCardless is growing fast and we are looking for an organised, metrics-driven and inspirational sales manager to run our close-knit sales team and help accelerate our growth.

Every day you will be:
  • Measuring and managing performance to ensure we hit activity and output based KPIs individually and as a team
  • Implementing and optimising processes to improve performance
  • Develop a sales strategy including which verticals to target, how and when

You will work with an incredibly talented team including working closely with one of the founders.


About the Ideal Candidate

The skills you need to be great at this role:
  • Proven track-record in sales, with a deep understanding of best practise sales processes
  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and drive; setting demanding standards for yourself and those around you

Bonus points for previous experience in the technology space or the payments industry.
