We are looking for someone incredibly organised and friendly to manage our hiring process. You will be managing all interactions with applicants, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens.

Every day you will be:

  • Keeping meticulous oversight of our hiring and HR software so that every person is tracked from application to joining and beyond
  • Scheduling interviews and ensuring everyone involved knows what’s going on
  • Liaising with our candidates, answering their questions and keeping them keen and relaxed through the process
  • Onboarding new candidates: from writing contracts and taking references, to ordering their equipment and giving them the tour of our well-stocked kitchen
  • Reviewing candidate CVs for roles throughout the business
  • Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews

You’ll be responsible for making sure our hiring pipeline runs smoothly and quickly. You will also be able to get involved in writing job ads and interview questions, as well as helping with logistics for recruitment events like Silicon Milkroundabout and more.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is extremely organised and can multitask effortlessly
  • Has heaps of initiative, enthusiasm, patience and diplomacy
  • Is process-oriented and obsessively detail-attentive
  • Cares deeply about creating a great experience for candidates

You will work with an incredibly talented team and have opportunities to learn from them. There’s a great office atmosphere, good coffee, tons of fruit and juice, Friday beers and regular dinners out.
