Are you a professionally qualified accountant with experience working within a rapidly growing company? Are you passionate about having top notch financial processes and procedures in place that will support a company going through expansion? Then read on!

We're looking for a hands on CFO to manage our small, busy Finance Team and take on responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities at graze.

As our CFO you’ll have direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, product costing, legal, property management, investor relationships and private and institutional financing.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include things like:

  • Managing robust financial control of the business and supporting decision making through the provision of high quality information
  • Managing the finance function to provide accurate, appropriate and timely management information including management accounts, forecasts and analysis
  • Management of our budgeting and planning processes, making sure that robust procedures are in place
  • Leading the continuing development, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive product costing systems
  • Supporting the Operations Team in driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes through the supply chain
  • Providing financial evaluation of all new strategies and proposals
  • Identifying and providing recommendations to improve financial performance and business opportunities
  • Identifying and minimising financial risks where necessary
  • Managing the year end reporting process and audit
  • Providing financial support and advice across the business
  • Making sure that we are compliant with all legal and professional requirements
