We’re on the lookout for a marketing executive to join our (small but cosy) Acquisitions Team and support the Acquisition Manager in recruiting new customers across a range of new and existing direct marketing channels. 

With a heavy focus on direct response media and full visibility on the success of marketing activity, this role offers the opportunity to learn all about how to plan and implement effective marketing campaigns, monitor and report on their effectiveness and to develop your skills as a marketer. 

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include things like:

  • Supporting the Acquisition Manager in recruiting new customers against team KPIs
  • Assisting with the management of a range of offline and online marketing channels such as:
  • magazines
  • press
  • online display
  • inserts
  • direct mail
  • affiliate marketing
  • outdoor
  • sampling
  • Making sure that all team reporting systems are always up to date
  • Developing and maintaining performance reports
  • Delivering campaign reports and summaries

What we're looking for in you

  • Graduate with a passion for marketing or someone with a couple of years experience within a media environment
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand and interpret data and KPIs
  • Hunger to learn, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Driven, with a proactive approach
  • Strong communicator who is able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High standards of delivery
  • Understanding or experience of media / media planning preferable but not essential
