We're looking for a highly analytical, numerate marketer to join our small, growing Acquisitions Team and take on responsibility for recruiting new customers through a whole host of offline channels.

As part of our acquisitions team you’ll be helping to grow our customer base and trial/optimise/roll out activity through a wide range of channels to achieve growth targets within set CPA boundaries.

With a heavy focus on direct response media and full visibility on the success of marketing activity, this role offers the opportunity to really understand the effectiveness of campaigns and develop your skills as a marketer.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include things like:

  • Recruiting new customers in line with growth targets set by the business and within CPA target using direct response marketing and a suite of introductory deals
  • Day to day management of Trial-Optimise-and-Roll out programme across offline marketing channels
  • Managing relationships with the media agency, internal teams and key internal stakeholders
  • Participating in forecasting for the business
  • Regularly update the acquisition team and wider business with acquisition performance reports
  • Helping develop performance reports, using key metrics such as CPA target, response levels, LTV value measures
  • Having the best view within the business on performance of different offline channels
  • Using these learnings to develop clear acquisition insights, and apply these to strategy for future activity
  • Proactively searching out innovative new channels for graze to recruit new customers through
