Role Description

Senior Strategy Consultant/Manager.

As a senior consultant/manager you will be responsible for leading the development and go to market of new revenue streams.

You will be at the forefront of designing and executing strategies that will deliver significant growth for the businesses we partner with. You will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, giving recommendations and developing strategies for the company.

You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve pieces of the overall client strategy. You will synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement growth initiatives.

The role requires you to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment. You will need strong governance capabilities and relationship management skills to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.  



  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including; directing research activities, formulating strategies, developing client ready deliverables and communicating findings and recommendations to clients
  • Conduct work in such a way that the results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client
  • Manage overall project activities to be on time and on-budget while ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide regular, direct and actionable feedback and ensure the continuing development and learning of junior people on the team
  • Manage and provide direction on new business concepts; gaining stakeholder buy-in, taking ideas through to full development, and seeing projects through to fruition


Experience / Skills

  • Demonstrable Consulting and/or client side experience developing and bringing to market new products or services
  • Minimum of  5 years of experience at a leading strategic consulting firm or business innovation firm
  • Experience in SMEs, launching new revenue streams or Startup companies
  • Experience in leading projects/programmes to successful conclusions
  • Good communication, negotiation, networking & influencing skills
  • Self motivated to deliver high levels of quality
  • Able to quickly grasp new concepts and a passion to share knowledge
  • Ability to deliver to timelines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • C-level exposure and ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analysis skills and problem solving that can be demonstrated throughout career
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal): Spanish or other languages are a plus


  • Ideally an MBA from a top university or business school.
  • University Degree from an accredited college or University (or equivalent diploma/work experience)
