GULUDO is looking for a motivated, organised and compassionate individual to help promote the AWESOME work we are doing here in Mozambique!

Ideally you would spend a few weeks getting to know our social enterprise in Mozambique and then work from home, creating and maintaining a constant flow of communication between our team in Mozambique and our supporters, donors and guests from all around the world.

The role requires a minumum commitment of 20 hours a week and the tasks will include;

  • managing all online communication, including online content creation and curation
  • creating newsletters, blogs and reviewing website content
  • generating press
  • marketing support for Guludo Beach Lodge
  • fundraising support for Nema Foundation
  • research for specific development projects,
  • helping to write funding proposals,
  • other communication tasks for both

This is a great opportunity to gain relevant communications experience while being part of an exciting approach to local development.

GULUDO is a social enterprise using tourism as a vehicle for local development. It encompasses the Guludo Beach Lodge and the Nema Foundation together contributing to sustainable development in the Quirimbas National Park, Mozambique.

The successful candidate must cover the cost of their visa and transportation to and from Pemba, Mozambique for their visit to Guludo. We provide full-board meals and accommodation.
