comprehensive introduction to strategic and tactical marketing
management which covers both the psychology and practice of marketing to
give you a clear roadmap to turning product/market fit into a large
tribe of users or customers.
We will cover segmentation,
messaging, online and offline marketing, getting and keeping customers,
planning and measuring your marketing. A toolkit, a range of resources
and a variety of routes to market will be addressed.
This
session will provide practical tools for and guidance on the vital topic
of growing a substantial and loyal customer base, fast!
We will follow with a panel of success stories on user/customer growth.

Alysia Wanczyk, Seedrs
Seedrs
is the FSA regulated and authorised platform that allows direct, online
investment in the equity of seed-stage startups. Seedrs has been named
one of “East London’s 20 Hottest Startups” by The Guardian, in July
2012; was Wired’s “Startup of the Week” in August 2012; and has been
selected as one of the 100 most innovative UK companies in the “Smarta
100” Awards in Autumn 2012. Alycia has led Seedrs' very successful
marketing since launch.
Chris Coleridge is
a former marketing entrepreneur who became an academic, with fingers in
strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, social networks, social
innovation and constructive capitalism pies. He does research at the
LSE, teaches at UCL and London Business School and he likes to make
marketing simple.
