The Oxford Hub Manager leads on all our activities across Oxford, in order to place 800+ volunteers in the local community, attract 4000+ students to Hub events, support our social enterprise incubation programme and manage stakeholder relationships. With a budget of £100k, a staff team of 4 and a wide range of partners across the university and the city, candidates need to demonstrate that they are proactive and motivated, and have capacity to learn quickly and take on responsibility. Previous experience in project and people management is essential.
