Huckletree is London's first chain of energy-efficient co-working spaces.

The team is now recruiting one person who will run the first location whilst simultaneously running the company’s social media campaign. 


Job Description:


The Role: The Huckletree team is looking for an all-round superstar who will join us for an initial training period of 3-6 months, followed by a full-time position managing our first location and our Social Media campaign. 

We are looking for someone that will become a crucial component of our awesome team and who will grow with us. 


Job Targets:  

- Retain existing & encourage new memberships 

- Connect with people, both within the office and through Social Media

- Ensure optimal engagement, social impact and enhanced corporate reputation


Job Role:  As Location Manager: 

- Manage our first location and be the face of Huckletree that our members see every day

- Prepare the office at morning and close at night. Help members with any troubleshooting. Run the office

- Meet other community managers and build a network of resources

- Encourage everyone to eat pancakes on Tuesdays

- Develop strategies to increase community engagement


Job Role:  As Social Media Campaign Manager: 

- Create a Social Media growth strategy with defined metrics and a detailed roadmap

- Ensure regular, consistent communication across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the blog

- Identify new social media spaces and develop launch strategies

- Develop strategies to increase community engagement

- Measure, analyse, measure some more and report. (Sysemos/ Radian6/Facebook insights, other analytics)


Candidate Background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, PR, Web Development, Communications, English, IT, Digital Marketing, Social Media or related

- Experienced in working collaboratively within a social media function to deliver effective campaigns

Ability to work individually or in a team environment

Excellent written communication skills

Budgeting

Confident and effective in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines

Responsive troubleshooting to unforeseen office malfunctions

Basic statistic & reporting skills


Job performance will be measured through:

- Retention statistics
