Your tasks:
Managing the hiring process from start to finish
Working with hiring managers to determine needs and write job descriptions
Getting the job listings out into the world and to the right candidates
Finding the amazing candidate who isn’t looking but wants to work here
Reviewing applications and screening candidates
Being the point of contact with candidates
Scheduling and managing the interview process
Ensuring each candidate has a great experience with us, no matter the outcome
Making sure everyone knows how great a place Kickstarter is to work
