Your tasks:- Managing the hiring process from start to finish
- Working with hiring managers to determine needs and write job descriptions
- Getting the job listings out into the world and to the right candidates
- Finding the amazing candidate who isn’t looking but wants to work here
- Reviewing applications and screening candidates
- Being the point of contact with candidates
- Scheduling and managing the interview process
- Ensuring each candidate has a great experience with us, no matter the outcome
- Making sure everyone knows how great a place Kickstarter is to work
