Performance Profile

As the head of business development, you will have overall ownership of revenue generation and client success, and run the team delivering it.

Specifically this means that you will:

  1. In the first 3 months, build a dedicated team of two account directors and two account managers
  2. On an ongoing basis, deliver solutions that solve our clients’ business problems based on the latest available product offering
  3. In the first year, exceed the team and personal revenue target
  4. Leverage your existing media and marketing network to secure relevant meetings  agencies
  5. Manage key relationships with agencies and clients, and secure new relationships directly as well as through agencies
  6. Work with the head of marketing to construct and iterate on the standardised sales collateral, and with your team to customize it for clients and opportunities
  7. Lead all aspects of sales planning and reporting, from territory planning to pipeline management, and communicate progress and results to the rest of the business
