Passionate and brand driven Export Sales Manager required by innovative and fast growing beverage brand Little Miracles.

With products exported to more than 20 markets and listings with market leading multiples, international on-premise HORECA chains as well as leading independent specialists throughout Europe, the Middle as well as the US we are now seeking to drive this successful brand further by developing our sales in existing markets and further penetrate international markets.

Key activities:
Your primary task will be to grow and develop existing international distribution partners while at the same time manage and drive new business opportunities within your territory. Frequent travel is essential to this very “hands on” and entreprenual role where you will be the driver for the co-ordination and execution of all sales and marketing activities, and at the same time responsible for orders and logistics for each of your assigned markets.

Key to success in this job is your ability to motivate and guide our international business partners to grow sales, achieve sales targets and execute the agreed marketing activities.

You will become a key player on the team, and your efforts will be vital for our success in penetrating a highly dynamic market with a new unique proposition, ultimately creating a new category within the beverage sector. Entrepreneurial thinking, a self‐motivating and humorous personality with strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure is hence needed.

Specific Requirements:

Market Development and Activation Report

•       Conduct market audits in all relevant classes of trade and regions to assess the products’ position in the marketplace.

•       Monitor and develop reporting of Little Miracles channel performance (volume, shares, distribution, competition, etc) with respective business explanation and follow up.

•       Monitor ongoing business trends and competitor activities in order to assist in the effective forecasting of sales volumes on a monthly basis.

•       Provide recommendations for improvement.


Main KBI’s

•       Achieve Annual and Monthly Volume Target, including new outlets and potential channels.

•       Achieve number of outlets targeted with full product range, with optimum POS material and merchandising standards.

•       Oversee and drive on time trade / retail incentives and promotions, monitor plans and provide respective assessment.

•       Adhere to weekly and monthly trade and market reporting plan.


Candidate Profile

Personal Characteristics:

•       Passionate and goal driven achiever, with easiness to build relationships and attract people interest, working good in teams and earning their support and acceptance. You show an extravert, dynamic, problem-solver attitude and feels comfortable to work efficiently within a complicated business environment. As a preference to have personal interests - activities shared in common with the brand i.e. Good fit with the brand. 

•       University / College graduate, excellent oral and written command of local and English, languages, good knowledge of MS Office & social media.

Work Experience and Characteristics:

•       Sales & Marketing experience of 5-10 years in the FMCG sector, preferably in the Beverage business with a proven track record of success.
•       You are extremely commercial, and are able to demonstrate a focus on striving and achieving results.

The candidate needs to possess:

•       Strong analytical skills and synthetic thinking towards resolving business issues.

•       Good selling skills, merchandizing (hands on) knowledge, Sales tools understanding (Coolers, POP allocation & Placement) and activation principles.

•       Excellent presentation/communication skills.

•       Cross-cultural awareness with the ability to speak a language in one of the export markets (desirable). As a preference to have personal interests - activities shared in common with the brand i.e. Good fit with the brand.

•       Understanding how a premium brand needs to be communicated across all marketing activities (sampling, PR events etc).

•       Ability to get acceptance and support from a Field Sales team.

•       Awareness of the market place.

•       A sense of humor, an entrepreneurial spirit and, of course, a love for organic energy!
