At Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, we design for the hospitality and retail sectors creating exceptional hotels, bars, restaurants and private clubs worldwide. We also work with a select number of private clients creating their dream homes. Our Studio provides a variety of services including interior architecture, interior design, furniture and lighting design.

Main responsibilities:


  • Drafting letters and correspondence
  • Maintaining the potential client list and responding to queries
  • Drafting, revising and finalising Studio fee proposals and project contracts  
  • Acting as point of contact for contract related queries and liaising with both solicitors and clients to finalise documentation
  • Managing client and project information to ensure complete files (both hard copy and electronic) are kept for each project including insurance, legal and financial documents
  • Preparing information for weekly meetings
  • Creating, managing and tracking weekly reports and related analytics
  • Refining and enhancing the core business by collating and maintaining key information
  • Involvement in a range of ad hoc projects across the existing business and new business lines to come
  • Providing support for such ad hoc projects including company analysis and presentations, researching best practices, and general business planning and strategy and its implementation
  • Participating in meetings when/if required
  • Responding to queries in the Managing Director’s absence

The role is ideally suited for someone with a strong sense of commercial acumen.  Experience in any background acceptable with legal, finance and/or general business experience most applicable.

The candidate must be comfortable working with both legal and numeric matters.  He/she must be able to engage and collaborate with staff of all levels and understand the nuances necessary to work within the business side of a creative company. 

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2-3 years working experience.  Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, required. Fluency in English is essential. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
