A diverse role for an experienced + well versed integrated agency Account Manager to join a young + exciting agency, hitting the ground running + getting stuck in. You should be looking for a long-term home you can make your own.

We are a warm-hearted integrated comms agency quite newly formed company + you will become an integral member alongside the Managing + Creative Directors. This is company where everyone makes the tea, can have a great idea + says please, thank you + sorry – advertising darlings move aside please as there’s no room for airs, graces or ego in this happy, vibrant, creative Farringdon based office. 

We are fairly new kids on the block but already have a roster of national + global brands. This is because we believe brands are responsible for the content and experiences they communicate. These should be the best they can be.

Our campaigns are an opportunity for a brand to evidence its products + services. As an agency we help them whether it’s with advertising + film or social media + interactive technologies. Variety is the spice of life + we love it that way!

Person Spec + Required Aptitudes

2-3 years agency experience + has knowledge across multiple disciplines.

Can equally swing between Account +/or Project Management - the role is more managerial than creative but an ideas head always a great bonus. Enjoys innovatively devising systems + management processes that make everyone happy, + work more efficiently.

Understands that this is a journey – when the company grows + develops, they must be fluid enough to grow + flow with it.

We love life + our work so need to have someone who is dynamic + bright, but also grounded. Likes the world of brands + comes up with ideas/solutions naturally.

Positive, sustainable energy driven by passion + client care.

A genuine people person – in our business + with our clients it’s all about relationships. 

Excellent client communications – capable of being an active +/or passive listener who is smart enough to know when to suggest something useful to a client, and be quiet and listen.

Hungry for a challenge + prepared to take the initiative. Everyone in the company has to think on their feet + adopts a ‘Say-Do Attitude’ – if we commit to something then we do it. Job Specification & Duties

Implement all new office systems according to Best Practise. Ensure the brand is consistently + correctly represented internally + externally.

Excellent usage of Mac/Outlook/Office 2010 – essential intermediate Excel/advanced Powerpoint + Prezi

Consulting with clients about campaign requirements + objectives

Analysing, interpreting + presenting results

Formulating strategies

Agreeing timescales + budgets

Monitoring + chasing work progress

Writing reports + typical agency comms

Delivering ideas + final products to clients for review

Financial administration

Commercial awareness of the clients businesses

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent analytical skills, organisational skills, interpersonal skills, numerical skills + verbal communication skills. Getting stuck in on our agency's social media comms.

Manage the updating of the internal systems + coordinating databases 

All in all though - great project management skills, the ability to work well with clients + deliver profitable creative projects is at the heart of the successful applicant.
